Day 7: Sullivan, MO to Tulsa, OK
Old Trading Post
One of the most intriguing Route 66 ruins we've found is this old building. As you can see, it is very overgrown with vegetation. One of the locals driving by told me it used to be a trading post and a tavern.
In the doorway (behind the telephone pole in the picture) was an enormous and beautiful black and yellow orb-weaver spider.
